Kara is a talent strategist & coach at Lion Leadership. She is dedicated to helping growing managers become ‘best-in-class’ by helping them to find and OWN their leadership identity. Certified in executive leadership and life coaching from the Academy of Creative Coaching, she is also our mastermind whisperer. Combining the mastermind model with the power of group coaching, she is our go-to for ‘collective development circles’ as well as any seminar, off-site, or training you may need for a group setting.

Kara’s approach is informed by nearly 20 years of work with the University of Minnesota and the University of Georgia. A life of higher education leadership, strategic planning, assessment, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, staff development, training, and facilitation (whew!) coalesce into her very strong consulting and coaching practice.
