How the Coaching Sessions Work

  • Coaching hours are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • You do not need to have completed a session previously to schedule one now. Everyone is welcome to participate.

  • If you’ve already had a coaching session, we recommend booking with the same coach for consistency and continuity.

  • Sessions are confidential and designed to help you reflect, grow, and take action aligned with your leadership goals.
