Natasha leads every client relationship and personally delivers a significant portion of Lion Leadership's work. With nearly 20 years at the intersection of leadership science and organizational life, she brings deep expertise in behavioral science and extensive experience advising leaders at every level.

When an engagement calls for additional expertise, Natasha brings in the practitioner whose strengths, approach, and experience best fit the work. She remains closely involved from beginning to end.
